It’s Personal To Me – November is Prematurity Awareness Month
Many of you helped me through those trying times back in August when Collin was born and we lost him. I would give just about anything if I could assure no one ever had to go through something like that ever again. Since August, I have been supporting as much as I can, monetarily. This time all they ask for as a little awareness and a signature. Surely we can all spare a signature?

Dear Friends, In the United States today, 1 in 8 babies is born prematurely. More newborns die from premature birth than any other cause. But solutions are within our grasp. Together, we can find the causes of premature birth, ensure moms get health care during pregnancy, and create workplaces that support maternal and infant health. Act now and let everyone know it’s time to do more to help moms have healthy, full-term babies. November is March of Dimes Prematurity Awareness Month. Sign the Petition for Preemies. |

I am sorry again for your loss…there can be nothing more devestating….3 out of my four were preemies…we have been fortunate to have healthy babies except for one miscarriage of a twin…Looks like this little one made it as a full term though…making two full term babes…Just hope this one isn’t 11 lbs like the other full term girl I had…LOL!
I signed!
Stopping by to say hello

Hi
Have a friend who has family dealing with Preemie birth, they need prayers.
I of course signed this petition.
((hugs))
Hi, I’m on my way to sign, and I’ll share it tonight also. Way to be proactive, and make something good happen.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Thank you for sharing the petition with us. I hope we can make a difference and I’m off to sign it now.
I can do that, to be sure. God bless.
I didn’t know you then, but am so sorry for what you had been through nonetheless. I will sign the petition for sure…and I will have to post this as my awareness message for November.
Thank you for posting, and sharing your story.
Will do!
I will gladly sign the petition. It’s the least I can do. More hugs to all of you.
It’s personal for me too – I’ve had my share of both early and late miscarriages, but we were lucky enough to be allowed to keep our Miracle Boy.
I’ve signed – I had to borrow a zipcode from a relative in Arizona, but I’m sure she doesn’t mind…
I signed up there Vixen, hope you continue to live with strength, and thanks for making all us become aware.
Right there with you!!!!
Dearest Vixen-
Lit one. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. My son is adopted and there is not a day goes by that I am not thankful to God for the lady in Korea who decided not to have an abortion. He is my son…not of flesh and blood…but it matters not one bit. He IS my son!I love him and I will be thankful each and every one of my remaining days for her decision not to abort him. Because of her, I am truly blessed. Truly.

Oh how very sad. I am so so sorry for your loss. Anytime a little angel is lost for whatever reason is tragic. I will sign up as well. My niece as well as my husband have lost 3 baby angels. Thank-you for unveiling your story here. JMO>
It’s indeed admirable that your personal pain didn’t hinder you from reaching out to other people. My prayers go with you and I hope more and more people will support this advocacy.
