You are right about the neighborhoods now. I grew up within a community of friends – people who knew each other and cared. It’s not happening anymore. Anyhow. This is a great idea. Are you going to have a button here for MoD or should I just go to their website & donate there?

I loved the Easter dresses for your girls – gorgeous. As a mom who “lived” in the NICU for 7 weeks when our son was born, I was amazed at the support for parents. The group at our hospital called themselves POPs (Parents of Preemies). They provided little caps, sweaters, booties, blankets, food, books, shoulders, whatever was needed. Since our wee one was in the Hospital during Christmas, we also received Christmas ornaments – which we still hold dear. Most of them are homemade, and have a little card in memory or in honor of a little one and some share a brief bio. They are truly special. We still support those groups in our local hospital and pay it forward as often as we can. I think you are spot on with your endeavors … speaking of SPOT on .. I was trying to make than a catchy acronym … Supporting Preemies On TheWeb (OK, sure TheWeb isn’t actually a word, but I’m not the wordsmith here, just the humorist. ) Go Purple!

When I'm forced to sit idle, I always wonder why... usually while shaking my fist at the sky and in between snapping at my kids. Your "quiet time" seems to have been a blessing for others.
