These were church based pantry's. getting food donations from big grocery stores. I also know what Medicaid is like. We had to sell every thing we had of value before it excepted us. I almost went insane. As when we finely got SS it was to much money and every month they took $397 for (Medicaid) out of $1227. Leaving us to live on a bit over $800 a month. I have now learned to live on this amount every month. I have learned to feel blessed and happy. This is the only way I survive. Please know I am a friend and would give you 1/2 my food if you were here. I would be a shoulder to cry on. And an ear to listen. A hug when needed.
