Since my surgery, most probably due to my lack of exercise (inability to do it, not lack of wanting t0) I have added a few pounds. This affects my back health, as well as my blood sugar control. Currently without my meds, I am sure my diabetic control is less than what it should be. I also have less energy, more cravings for unhealthy food and I am generally a mess. While I fight the fight with the state, I have decided to take my own eating health into my own hands (and yes, I know I should have already done this. Blame depression). I want to eat healthier, but still enjoy food.
