I am sure it is obvious from my lack of posts, that I didn’t start work last week (I told you I will post more when I work than went I don’t). It was a bit nerve racking, but just turned out to be a logistical issue with them about the upcoming holiday weekend and setting up logins and such. I do start for real this Tuesday.

In the meanwhile, on my last holiday weekend while still unemployed, we have a Welcome Home Shower for baby Presto on Sunday (which is what you have when the baby shower gets cancelled because the baby shows up 10 weeks early and has to reside in the NICU for 5 weeks) and a BBQ on Monday at my house to celebrate the end of summer, Labor Day, two birthdays and the fact that I have a job. Both of those result in same super quick sewing projects to finish, which I will share after they are given.

Also, I still need to do all that clothes shopping for work clothes. There ain’t no rest for the wicked.
